Production

Careful handling of the grapes, from site selection to cool fermentation, preserves the ripe fruit flavours and hint of tangy spice developed on the vine. Gentle pressing extracts a delicate pink colour and the wine is stored in stainless steel tanks before bottling to keep flavours defined and crisp.

Tasting notes

Pale salmon pink with delicate aromas of meadow flowers, which carry through to the palate, where tangy red berry and ripe red fruit flavours are complimented by a touch of spice from the Cinsault.
