Percheron Shiraz Mourvèdre, Western Cape

BOUTINOT SOUTH AFRICA 14% ABV

Percheron is a breed of heavy, French horse traditionally used when many plots, now prized, old-vine plantings, were first established. The employment of these horses is now enjoying a resurgence in South Africa as their hooves are gentler to the soil and surrounding vines. We celebrate this re-introduction with a range of contemporary wines of traditional South African cultivars.
